Payment Terms

- Invoices will be issued after the completion of services.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or cash.
- A late payment fee of 5% may apply to overdue invoices.
Pricing
All prices are subject to change based on the scope of work and materials required. Any changes will be communicated in advance.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee.
- More than 48 hours notice: No charge
- Less than 48 hours notice: 50% of the service fee
Rescheduling Services
We understand that schedules can change. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Liability and Responsibility
Gardening Anerley takes reasonable care in performing its services. However, we are not liable for:
- Pre-existing conditions on your property
- Damage caused by unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather
- Loss of property or personal items during service delivery
Clients are responsible for informing us of any known hazards or sensitive areas in their gardens.
Insurance
We carry liability insurance to cover any accidental damage caused during our services. Details of our insurance coverage can be provided upon request.
